This villa is based on an extremely popular Spanish style, the history of which was for all the necessary facilities for the family to exist on the ground floor but for the parents, a room away from all the noise, which in a Spanish family could be considerable.

At 158.6 square metres the property comprises, on the first floor the landing leading to the master bedroom with separate door leading to the fully tiled sun and breakfast terrace. The large master en-suite bedroom has a dressing room off, containing fitted 70 cm deep built in wardrobes with storage space above. French windows open out on to the terrace and a further two large windows ensure that this generously sized bedroom will always be light and airy. The en-suite bedroom has "his and her" sinks, a shower built into the bath and a bidet.

On the ground floor entrance to the property is not that normally found in Spain which is directly into the lounge but instead, into a hallway which contains the stairs to the first floor and which has doors leading to the kitchen, lounge and family bathroom and continues to the two bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. Both bedrooms have 70 cm deep fitted wardrobes with storage cupboards above. Within the hall area there are three separate storage cupboards and an airing cupboard. This is not a property where storage space will be a problem.

The kitchen is a generous size and has a doorway directly in the separate dining room. The dining room will seat eight people comfortably and is connected to the lounge by a set of glass sliding doors. It also leads via French windows to the fully tiled covered terrace. The 25 square metre lounge also has French windows leading to the terrace.

Stainless steel double drainer sink with chromed dual Monocap tap, electric hob and oven, extractor fan with filter, fridge/freezer, 1000 watt microwave oven, toaster, Spanish coffee percolator. Fully tiled - floor to ceiling.

Smoke alarms are fitted in the kitchen and other appropriate areas.

Solar Panel (evacuated glass tube method) is installed which should provide 70 per cent of the hot water required averaged over the course of one year. An electric immersion heater provides the remaining energy requirement.

Emergency lighting is fitted as standard to all SPC (Med) properties.
